For those reporting missing PrEP_NEW and PrEP_CT data, please ensure that these fields (under the Encounter, PrEP section) are completed for all clients.

So far, incomplete data entry in these fields has been the gap of all reported cases.

Kindly ensure your data entry teams are adequately trained to capture this information consistently.

Hello Team,

To the IP M&E Officers:

For users assigned only the M&E Officer role, you may add more Organisation Units/Facilities beyond the standard limit via the Prevention Portal.

However, for users who have the Data Entry role, the maximum limit of 5 facilities still applies.
